I worked retail for 15 years. Your customers are your business especially in a very small town where you need all of the business you can get. A cheerful greeting, thank you, have a nice day, etc are all a part of customer service. I'll be sure to get all of my groceries beforehand the next time I come to St Francis.
Pretty well stocked. Produce is limited. The staff was friendly.
Pros: it's the only actual grocery store in town. The sale prices aren't bad and comparable to the regular prices of larger stores.
Brent is VERY rude, continually hangs up on me. This is no way to run a business. Something needs to be done about him.

Cons: not very friendly. The only things the clerk said to me were my total and replied "you too" to my telling him to have a good day. No greeting, smile, or chit chat. He did with the Caucasian customer before me. Was it because I'm tanned or was it the tattoos?
